1. Introduction

Welcome to DIVERSITY. By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Store and Payments

Our store operates as a reseller. Payments, orders, and checkout processes are handled entirely by Tebex Limited, our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you also agree to the Tebex Terms and Conditions.

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any additional fees charged by your payment provider.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchasing a product from DIVERSITY, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product on your own server. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our products with third parties.
• Claim our products or code as your own.
• Bypass or attempt to remove our licensing systems (e.g., Cfx.re Escrow).
• Use our products on servers that violate the FiveM/Cfx.re Terms of Service.

Any of the above actions will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your license, removal from our Discord community, and a ban from our Tebex store. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your server and ensuring that the products you use are not used in any illegal or unauthorized manner.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

We have a 7-day refund policy. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. In some cases, and at our sole discretion, we may offer a refund after 7 days if the issue cannot be resolved or if you are unable to get the script working despite our best efforts.

We reserve the right to deny a refund request at any time, for any reason. Some of these reasons include, but are not limited to: (1) resources that have been transferred, (2) inability to verify your purchase, (3) personal error such as being logged into the wrong account, purchasing a product twice, or making an accidental purchase, or (4) refusal to accept support or cooperate with our efforts to resolve the issue.

Subscription payments & all payments made using 'Pay with Crypto' are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your license, removal from our Discord community, and a ban from our Tebex store. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team first.

5. Support and Updates

We provide support for our products exclusively through our Discord Server. Support is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee support for heavily modified frameworks or third-party script conflicts.

While we strive to keep our scripts updated and compatible with the latest FiveM server artifacts, we are not obligated to provide indefinite updates or support for older versions.

6. Liability

DIVERSITY is not responsible for any data loss, server downtime, or other damages that may occur from the use of our scripts. Use them at your own risk. It is always recommended to test scripts on a development server before deploying them to a live environment.

7. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
